Every man has the right to do whatever he chooses with whatever he owns, provided that he does not cause physical damage to the person or property of nonconsenting others by force, fraud, violence, breach of contract, theft, or threat of the above.

Every man is the full rightful owner of himself. Full ownership of a thing includes the right to dispose of it, the right that others shall not dispose of it, rights against others harming it by force or fraud, and the right to give or to sell any of these rights, instantly or permanently.

Every man is the rightful owner of his legitimate property. Property is legitimately earned by the combination of owned person and owned labor operating upon unowned resources.
